7B Bakery

The 7B Bakery was established December 2019.

We are a small family based business started after I had my son so I could spend more time with him. I am excited to be able to share my love of baking with so many people.

How 7B Bakery got its name

7B is the Steffens family ranch brand, started in Merritt BC in 1917 by the Steffens 7 brothers (hence 7B) and handed down the generations until it came to our grandfather Dr. James "Jim" Steffens . With the ranchers starting to retire we wanted to keep this legacy alive for more generations to come so what better way as to make it the name of out family business.
